Welcome to StudioLavian, the portfolio site of the artist Yoel Lavian. Using the site is subject to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

What the site is for

The site shows works of art, information about the artist and material related to his work, and lets you get in touch and subscribe to updates. It is not an online shop, and a work being shown here is not a commitment that it is available for sale.

Sending an enquiry about a work does not create an order, a transaction, a reservation or an obligation on either side. Anything to do with a purchase, an order, delivery or use of a work is agreed separately and explicitly.

The terms of purchase, delivery, cancellation and returns for a work are given to the buyer in the price offer and the written summary of the agreement, before the transaction is completed and in accordance with the law that applies to it.

Copyright and intellectual property

The works, photographs, texts, design and original material on the site are protected by copyright and other law. Unless stated otherwise, the rights in them belong to Yoel Lavian or are used with permission.

You may view the site and share a link to a public page. You may not copy, download, reproduce, publish, distribute, alter, print, sell, train an artificial-intelligence system on, create a derivative work from, or make commercial use of the content without prior written permission from the rights holder.

Buying a physical work, if that happens away from the site, does not transfer the copyright in it unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Accuracy and availability

Care is taken to present the works and the information accurately. Colours and textures may look different on different screens, and dimensions, availability, exhibition dates and other details may change. A screen is not a reliable colour match for an original work.

Where a work is shown hanging in a room or in a frame, that image isillustrative: every room and framing image is a simulation generated with an AI tool, not a photograph of the work in that room or in that frame. They are there to suggest scale and setting. The actual size, framing and colour may differ, and a frame is not included in a purchase unless expressly agreed.

The site, or parts of it, may change, stop or be unavailable from time to time.

Links to third-party sites or social networks are offered for convenience only. They are not an endorsement of any external content, and using it is subject to that third party's terms.

Privacy

Personal information is used in accordance with the site'sPrivacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

The content here exists to present Yoel Lavian's artistic work and is not professional advice. As far as the law allows, Yoel Lavian is not liable for indirect loss arising from reliance on the site's content, from a temporary fault, or from the use of a third-party site. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Prohibited use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, circumvent its security, send malicious content, use its forms for spam, or automatically harvest its content at any material scale without permission.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Israeli law, and the competent courts of the Tel Aviv District have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter relating to them or to use of the site. They may be updated from time to time, and the date at the top shows when that last happened.
